Shaun of the Dead (2004)
The tagline of this movie is "A romantic comedy with zombies" and that’s exactly what it is. Shaun (Simon Peg) is an average boring man whose girlfriend Liz (Kate Ashfield) breaks up with him because they always hang out at the same bar with his best friend Ed (Nick Frost). The morning after the break up, Shaun goes about his normal daily routine blissfully unaware that most of the people around him have turned into zombies, until he accidently kills one. Once Shaun and Ed are aware of what is happening, Shaun will stop at nothing to make sure that Liz is ok and possibly win her back in the process. This movie is sweet, bloody, and really funny; all things that I like.
